Dear Sirs,

My bother lives in Rotterdam and I woud like to give him something different for his birthday. We likes cooking very much and he enjoys french cuisine. I was wondering if you have any short corses on french cuisine or how much would it cost to hire an instructor, to teach 2/3 french dishes, in a few hours.
